Here is what our booking service includes:

-Meeting/conference call to create the perfect rental plan & price based on your preferences, organize the house rules and manual. We want to know exactly what type of guest you want so we know whether or not to authorize them.

-We will then create the Air B'n'B account together. This is where we take 4K pictures and write the perfect description for your rental to attract the type of guests you are looking for.

-Once your account is set up, let the stress-free renting begin! Guests submit their request to book and we authorize them on your behalf. Any questions, concerns or preferences will be handled by our team 24/7.

Managing an listing can be a challenge, but we have every aspect taken care of for you. Here are the management services included:

- 24/7 Guest Support (Call/Text/Email)

- Scheduling home cleaning between guest stays so change overs are always done on time

PAY DAY

After all this, wondering how and when you get paid?

Here's how it works:

We set up the Air B'n'B listing to The Organically Clean Team's company bank account.

We then set up a Bank Transfer between our accounts. Every Friday we send you an Interac E-Transfer for 50% of the week's booking amount. Since you're an authorized user of this account, you will be able to see the guests we book, the transaction receipts and guest reviews.

*We require a minimum $500 security deposit (paid for by guests and controlled by Air B'n'B Damage Claims) to insure that we can provide any extra necessary cleaning between guests. This is never charged to guests unless a claim is made and accepted.

*Our Stress-Free PayCheck package is for listings above $100/night, 2 night minimum stay.
