Per Cleaning and Prepayment Invoice Calculator
To calculate your first home cleaning cost and 3-6-12 month prepayment invoice total:

  1. Choose your home’s square footage To Be Cleaned (as accurately as possible)

  2. Select your cleaning frequency (Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly)

  3. Select your prepayment cycle (every 3, 6, or 12 months = every 12, 24 or 48 weeks)

**For convenience, we send renewal invoices 5 and 10 weeks (35 & 70 days) before they are due. To ensure smooth scheduling, we ask that when you receive a new invoice to simply confirm with us by email or text if you wish to continue service as usual (invoice will be paid), or give us notice of termination. Please do not wait until the invoice due date to cancel ongoing services.

For Regular Cleaning: Choose Frequency

Our Regular Cleaning service Include:
All products and tools. 
Vacuuming all floors, furniture (inside/out when needed), and carpets with our high powered Rainbow Vacuum System. Our machine uses 2-Step filtration including additional medical grade HEPA filter replaced every month. This guarantees maximum air purification while we clean. Because of this, your home always smells fresh, and more importantly -- like your home. We have a wide selection of essential oils to choose from, or go scent free for a purely clean smelling home. We recommend bergamot or one of our blends!

Our team dusts all reachable surfaces throughout the home, including TV screens and glass shelves. We always fully clean the kitchen — including sinks, counters, cabinet and drawer fronts, behind appliances (when needed), and the microwave inside and out. Bathrooms are treated the same and are cleaned and scrubbed completely every time. 

All floors are washed & rinsed to make sure no streaks are visible. We have cleaned every type of flooring, and adapt our process to each surface to ensure they are cleaned properly.

By booking a service or enrolling in recurring cleanings with The Organically Clean Team, you agree to the following terms: Services — We provide residential organic cleaning services on a one-time or recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), with details and pricing confirmed in advance. Pricing — Rates are based on square footage and frequency; homes under 1,000 sq. ft. are billed as 1,000 sq. ft., prices are subject to tax, and skipped or delayed visits may be recalculated at the applicable rate. Payments — A 50% deposit may be required to secure the first appointment, with remaining balances due on or before service day; accepted methods include e-transfer, cash, or cheque. Recurring Services & Prepayment — Recurring clients must prepay a minimum of three (3) months, held as account credit and usable toward frequency changes, deep cleanings, or additional services
